DI’s Winslow to Present at SIOP about Technology and Leadership Development

DI’s Dr. Brent Winslow will be presenting at the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Annual Conference on April 28th in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Winslow will be one of the presenters for the session “Ready or Not… Technology’s Implications for Leadership Development.” The session will involve lessons learned on validating leadership constructs using untapped sources of data, and if and how such assessments may be used to accelerate leadership development outcomes.

SIOP is the premier membership organization with its own governance, and is also a division within the American Psychological Association and an organizational affiliate of the Association for Psychological Science. Industrial and organizational (I-O) psychology is a dynamic and growing field that encompasses workplace issues at the individual and organizational level.
